SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Timelines Policy

Orders processed in 1–3 Business Days. Delivery timelines displayed at checkout. Delays possible due to strikes, natural calamities, or force majeure events.

2. Shipping Charges Policy

Charges based on location, product weight, and order value. Free shipping may apply during promotions. Refund of shipping fees only in certain cases.

3. Packaging Standards Policy

Secure packaging for all shipments. Perishable items comply with FSSAI, fragile items cushioned with protective materials. Buyers must refuse tampered packages.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Provide accurate shipping details and ensure availability during delivery. Cooperate with OTP/signature verification. Non-acceptance may lead to Return to Origin (RTO).

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmed via OTP, signature, or ID proof. Once confirmed, delivery deemed complete. Buyers must inspect packages before accepting.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk passes to Buyer upon delivery confirmation. Dely Cart liable only if wrong/damaged product delivered before confirmation.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian Law. Exclusive jurisdiction with courts in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
